Anyone who contacts Peoxyvote Garage Doors should be treated fairly and honestly. If that did not happen for you, please tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

• How your personal information was treated
• Anything on the site that looks unclear or wrong
• The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If a Provider Let You Down

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one sets its own quotes and prices and handles its own workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, start by contacting the provider directly, and keep written notes.

Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and providers that repeatedly fall short may be removed. Peoxyvote Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

Filing Your Complaint

Email contact@peoxyvote.living and include:

• Your name and contact details
• The date you reached us or the provider
• The phone number or form you used, if you know it
• The provider's name, if you have it
• What happened and the outcome you want

After You Write

We confirm by email that we received your message, usually within a few business days. Then we look into it, which may include contacting the provider. We reply with what we found and any action we are taking.

If You Still Disagree

Not satisfied with our reply? Write back and ask for another review. You may also contact your state's consumer protection agency or attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider holds a license, your state licensing board may be able to help.
