How Our Network Works
Request an estimate
Who you will talk to
Peoxyvote Garage Doors has no repair crew. After you send a request, someone at an independent provider in our network gets in touch. That might be a scheduler, a dispatcher or the technician who would visit. Each provider runs its own business, so the person on the line depends on the company.
What they will ask you
Expect a few simple questions. Have the answers ready:
- What does the door do or sound like?
- Is the door stuck open, stuck closed or moving unevenly?
- Did you see a broken spring or a gap in a cable?
- How old is the door and the opener?
- When are you home, and when do you need the car?
Photos or a short phone video of the tracks can help. If you can find the brand name on the opener motor unit, jot it down too. It helps a provider plan which parts to bring.
Questions to ask the provider
A good provider is happy to answer these:
- What do you think is causing the problem?
- Will you give me a written quote before work starts?
- What is included: parts, labor, haul-away?
- Is there a trip or diagnostic fee?
- How long should the visit take?
- What warranty comes with the parts and the labor?
Quote in writing. It protects both sides and makes it easy to compare.
The decision is yours
A quote is not a contract. You can take your time, ask for another opinion or say no. Stop at springs: if a provider says a spring is the problem, don't try to adjust it yourself.
